Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds may be granted only if the work has not commenced after payment.
- Refunds are issued in case of duplicate transactions or billing errors made on our part.
- Refunds are not applicable once development or service delivery has begun.
Non-Refundable Services
- Custom-developed software and design work
- Consultation sessions or strategy calls
- Hosting, domain registration, and third-party tools or licenses
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of the issue. Include:
- Your full name
- Payment transaction ID
- Detailed reason for the refund request
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days via the original payment method. Any bank or gateway charges may be deducted.
Discretion & Final Decision
KG Trading Company reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after reviewing the case. All decisions are final.
